Our modern, friendly, family-orientated 3-room-holiday-flat (76 m²) in Agadir/Morocco

is applicable for 4 persons.

Prizes:

45,-€/day (1-2 persons, all included, but no meals) 

50,- €/day (3-4 persons), all included, but no meals)

20,- € obligatory for final cleaning

Normally I rent out for a minimum of one whole week.

But exceptions are possible. See below!

Included are: WLAN available (around 200,- DH/month)! Water, 1 bottle of buta-gas (lasts long!), electricity; bed cloths, towels, use of washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, 123 cm-HD-tv (satellite antenna), airconditioner in the sitting room, and more.  

In the case that you want to stay for less than a full week (3-6 days), you pay one extra fee of 40,- €.  Final cleaning: 20, - €

Normally no advance payment is necessary. Exception: you book ahead months before. Then I will ask you to send a deposit of 10%.

You pay the whole amount for your stay in cash as soon as you receive the keys from me in the apartment in Agadir.

If you wish, a taxidriver from our family can pick you up at the airport at a fair fix rate. So, no negotiations upon arrival, no hustle. (Transfer back possible as well)

We try to keep our flat a no-smoking apartment; we ask our guests to smoke outside only, or smoke on the tiny balcony. 

The house is situated not far from the city and the beach (appr.10 min. by foot to the centre, 20 min, by foot to the beach; alternatively you can use a 'petit taxi'; very cheap fares! To beach: around 10-12 dirhams= 1 Euro).

The modern flat is completely furnished; European style; kitchen - completely furnished - has big fridge, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, hoover, gas stove etc.

Satellite-tv, Astra satellite (all tv and radio stations from Astra); air conditioner in the sitting room (for cold/hot)

Air conditioner for cooling/heating to be found in this room.

1 kitchen, fully furnished for 4-5 persons

1 bathroom (europ. style, completely modernized and renovated in summer2017) with shower, wc, sink. 

1 extra guest toilet with europ. wc

Our apartment is central, but quiet! Clean! We offer a fair prize and good service.

On the rooftop you find a separate place for drying your laundry. Free parking possible in front of the house.    

AGADIR:

Agadir is the place to be: mild, moderate climate all year round. Around 300 days of sunshine/year. In summer not too hot, very pleasant.

Unlimited beach activities; lovely beaches not only in Agadir, but also further north (20-25 km). Bus services with new, modern busses to all places available, cheap fares (!). Take for instance bus no.32 to destination TAGHAZOUT (very interesting village, 20 km north of Agadir! Good beach!)

Also good beaches at 'km 25', in Immi Ouadar, in AGROUD; take bus no.33 to destination TAMRI.

Other excursions recommended:

Immouzer, Marrakech,Tafraout,Taroudant, Goulimine...
